About GM Roofing Company

In 1984, co-owner Gary Maiolfi founded GM Roofing in Seal Beach, California.   Throughout the years, GM Roofing has grown into a respected California licensed C-39 contractor with a loyal customer-base and an outstanding reputation in the area.  The company has successfully completed hundreds of projects for our clients by building, restoring, and maintaing roof systems in commercial and residential buildings.  While the company is based in Orange County, GM Roofing covers areas all over the Southern California area.

 

The owners of GM Roofing have more than 30 years experience in the industry.  Before starting GM Roofing, Gary Maiolfi was a collegiate-level wrestler attending Cypress College and later Cal Poly San Luis Obispo.  Vess Pearson, also a co-owner, graduated with a degree in finance from Idaho State University prior to joining the company.  Together, Gary and Vess oversee their experienced and professional staff to ensure that all jobs are properly completed and to the client's satisfaction.  The owners and employees of GM Roofing pride themselves on maintaining a personal and ongoing relationship with all of their clients.  They will gladly review with you any project you are pursuing, offer insights and perspectives that may be of help to you, and provide a competitive bid for the roofing components of the job.
